BoxieJoy works with a network of fulfillment locations and logistics partners to deliver orders efficiently to customers in different markets.

Your order may be fulfilled from different locations depending on product availability, destination, inventory allocation, and shipping efficiency.

Because Mystery Box inventory changes from drop to drop, the fulfillment location for one order may differ from another.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and fulfillment location:

United States: 7–12 business days
United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Canada: 8–15 business days
Australia: 7–12 business days
Other destinations: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Shipping

Some BoxieJoy orders may be shipped internationally depending on inventory availability and the fulfillment location assigned to your order.

International shipments are generally transported by air and may be transferred to a local carrier for final-mile delivery.

This means your tracking information may show multiple logistics providers during transit.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch, particularly for international shipments.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be fulfilled from different locations.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive on different days.
