Tracking Help
A few things to know while your box is on the move.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched. International shipments may also go a few days without a visible update while moving between logistics facilities or carriers.
Your package may still be moving even when tracking hasn’t updated yet.
Some international orders travel through multiple logistics partners before reaching you.
Your package may be transferred to a local carrier for final delivery, so seeing different carriers or tracking stages is completely normal.
Check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management first.

If you still can’t locate your package, contact us and we’ll help review the delivery details.
Occasional delays can happen due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or transportation disruptions.
